Danehy Park was a former city landfill and today is a large 50-acre with a leash-free zone for dogs to run around. The park is bustling with active people from sports players to joggers and even has an on-site water spigot designed to keep pups hydrated and cool while they play.
Fresh Pond Reservation Dog Park – Off-Leash

Fresh Pond Reservation Dog Park is a large beautiful tree shade place for your pet to play off-leash. The park is fenced with two enclosures and features mutt mitt dispensers and trash barrels, a freshwater doggy swimming area, and serine a walking trail through the woods.
Corcoran Field (Raymond Street Park) Off-Leash Area

The Corcoran Field at Raymond Street Park has an off-leash area for dogs to run and play but the area is unfenced. There is plenty of space and grass to play fetch and owner are expected to clean up after their dogs when visiting this park. This park is a beautiful place to visit with your dog and to set up doggie play dates with other pet parents.
Thorndike Field Dog Park

The Thorndike Field Dog Park is a little outside of the Observatory Hill area but may be worth the drive or long walk because of its reputation. This park has a gravel ground which means no mud! The entire layout of the park is designed with your pet in mind from the circular benches, trees that provides shade from the sun, pet obstacle course and a faucet to fill water bowls.
