Common Management Group has enlisted architectural firm, Peter Quinn Architects, to create a high-quality development as a exceptional asset of in several projects underway in the dramatic residential and commercial redevelopment occurring in Cambridge.

Masse Corner Apartments is designed with environmental sustainability in mind incorporating energy conservation features like water and energy-efficient appliances and fixtures, insulted windows and providing complimentary heat and hot water for residents.  An emphasis will be placed on forward-thinking design, including recycled and recyclable materials and ENERGY STAR Certification.

SUSTAINABLE AND ENERGY EFFICIENT

The integration of sustainable building methods and materials in the construction of the project to ensure its long-term energy-efficiency and sustainability to achieve LEED classification as industry guidelines for sustainable building and maintenance.
